Chris Wettengel

Born In San Diego, CA, Chris is the first freshman to ever win state high school tennis in Arkansas where he was raised. He was top 10 in the U.S for Boys 18 and under and won the ATP Gator Ball National Title at age 17! Chris played #1 for the University of Minnesota as well as being the 2003 Big Ten Singles Champion. Chris is just starting out on tour, and has won the 2006 USTA Mens Open National Hard Court Championship at age 24. Chris has a lot of potential and hopes to be a top ATP Player with the next few years. His current string of choice is Big Ace 1.25(red) and uses the Pro Supex Cushion grip.
